• To simulate possible customer needs
• To define Customer requirements in an “ad- hoc” project.

Dueali may help Software Houses to:

• start, implement and maintain a suitable Quality Management System in compliance with standard and/or rules (ISO, ITIL, GAMP, GXP, ICH, …)
• prepare product documentation (manuals, training material, user requirements and functional specification, test protocols, advertising material)
